VZW Gen Z Sports attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data (and that
your privacy is respected).
In this Privacy policy (or privacy statement) we want clear and transparent information
about (what data we collect) how we handle personal data. We
do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle with care
personal data. VZW Gen Z Sports adheres to the applicable laws and regulations in all cases
regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
This means that we in any case:
process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it
have been provided, these purposes and type of personal data are described in this

Which personal data do we process and why?
Your personal data will be processed by Gen Z Sports for the following purposes:
purposes (in each case stating the legal grounds), including:
complying with our legal obligations, linked to the use of
volunteers (insurance obligation, drawing up of nominative list lump sum
expense allowances, respecting the legal limits for granting
expense allowance,…)
planning volunteer activities and contacting and communicating with
volunteers in that context (legitimate interest)
paying expenses to volunteers (legitimate interest)
to participate in the activities of Gen Z Cycling (execution
agreement)
Sending newsletters and invitations (consent of the person concerned)
Sending promotions and/or news about goods or services that the association, a sponsor or a partner of the association offers (consent of the person concerned)
Supervising and supervising volunteers (with notification obligation for
benefit recipients) as well as relationship management towards volunteers

obtained elsewhere (declaration on honor)
About the volunteer work performed: description, start and end date, number of days
in connection with planning, registration and drawing up nominative list of cost reimbursements
Signature (as part of a statement on honour, expense report, etc.)
Copy of residence permit or document / proof of right to material reception, so that
organization can prove the possibility of volunteering when checking
Personal size of clothing, for sports clothing or leisure clothing, and/or sizes of bicycle and
the brand of current cycling clothing, bicycle and accessories (promotion or news from the association or its sponsors/partners tailored to the member)
We only use the collected data for the purposes for which we collect the data
have obtained from you.
For the data stated below, VZW Gen Z Sports will only process them when you
give your express permission to do so after you, apart from other matters,
have been informed about the specific purposes of that processing:
birthdays
Data regarding eligibility for benefits (in the case of assistance with notification obligation)
The volunteer is expected to report any changes to his personal data
immediately spontaneously and in writing to Gen Z Sports
The following data are finally processed after they are elsewhere than with the volunteer himself

the organisation
Minors:
We only process personal data of minors (persons
younger than 13 years) if written permission has been given by the
parent or legal guardian.
Provision to third parties
We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this
necessary for the performance of the purposes described above.
For example, we use third, specialized parties to whom we perform the following tasks
outsource:
taking care of the internet environment (web hosting, cloud system);
providing IT infrastructure (including IT network, CRM system, etc.);
insuring our volunteers
providing (and distributing) newsletters and invitations
accounting and payments (expense allowances)
